Three paths, all one-time purchases with no activation fee: Growth (eval with a soft daily loss limit, pass in 1 day), Select (eval, no DLL, 40% consistency, then Daily or Flex funded path) and Lightning (instant funding). 90/10 split on sim-funded accounts.
